At what time of the day have you taken a deer ? I got a doe this yr at 8:30am.
Just curious as to the times of day most people are harvesting deer.

I've probably taken a deer at every half hour increment during the daylight hours. Most however are before 9:30 am or after 4 pm.

Doe's it seems the majority have come in around sunrise or the sunset times. However when I look at my buck harvests an overwhelming majority of them have come mid day between the hours of 10-3. The last 3 years I have harvested 6 bucks - 4 of which were right around high noon.

Thats what I noticed as well and why I started this thread. Seems hunters are taking doe's at dawn & dusk and the Bucks in the mid-late afternoon.
