It took alot of patience to pass up some of smaller bucks this season but it paid off for me and the kids this year when this big boy showed up! I don't know who was more excited me or the kids what I thrill it was to have my kids hunting with me when the opportunity to harvest a quality buck presented itself. Would anyone know what this deer might approximately score, its outsided spread was 20" and the inside was 17 1/2", I tried scoring it myself but I am not sure if I did it right I just want to know if I was in the ball park.

Hard to score by a pic but my guess is somewhere between 137-145 gross.
Let us know what he scores when you figure out the tape.![Smile](https://www.huntingnet.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif)

I think he was a 4 1/2 maybe 5 1/2 year old, but i'm not positive. He was heavy deer, needed the four wheeler for this one. I thought about getiing him mounted but I wasn't sure if he was quite big enough to spend that kind of money, but at the very least I am going to do a european mount. I put the tape to him and used that electronic scoring system on B&C web site and it said 140 maybe I did it right! Thanks for the replies
