Cool, thanks for sharing, it's nice to know the less expensive gear will work just as well...
I was going to buy this trail cam to put under the tree, but then I noticed Gander Mountain had a $90 one on sale to $50, I bought him that one instead... I'm can't wait to see what pics he gets!

Thank you so much for the help, I got it to work. At first I didnt know what 2 orange lines you were talking about, then it dawned on me. At the bottom of that last line it says that the film must be between the lines in order for the film to advance, but I didnt notice that until I read your post. I only wasted one roll of film and a couple hours of my time, but I was already ready to take it back to Wally world. Thank you once again for the help.

I think my wife got the hint, i caught her on Gander Mountains and Cabelas web site last night. I think she may have got me one of the high dollar ones.

me and my cousin have had the same problems with his camera. 5 or 6 rolls of film, and probably $25 in batteries have gotten us only one roll developed. All the rest of them blank. That one roll did have some nice pics though. A big six point and two small six points and a bunch of does. By the way....how did you know that was a closeup of a coons nose? I couldn't tell
