ok, i think that this is what im gonna get for christmas this year and need to kno who all has one annd, if any, what problems have you had, i know that soe people have had some problems, and i was wondering what problems that occur. my buddy has one and hasnt had a problem. so please let me know, thanks

i have one and ive been impressed with it.im sure they are better ones out there but for the price its great IMO.you will like it.heres a few pics from mine.

Well I've had mine for 2 weeks. I got the $59 stealth cam from walmart. The first week it was in the woods it had 19 events. I got home deleloped the fim and the entire roll was black. AARRGG!! it sucked. I spent two hours fiddling with it and found out you have to be VERY careful loading the film. Week two I really wanted to get some picture so i dumped 20 lbs. of corn right infront of the camera. Well everyother day I went to check. Since the first time I had so many events I did not think it would take that long. I had the camera set to take 3 pictures everytimg it senced an event and I had a 10 minute wait period between events. well after 8 days it only went off once that was not me going to check on it. Since the roll was half full today I got it developed and changed out the batteries. I only got 1 picture because the deer ran off after the first flash. The odd thing was if you look at the series of photos each time I triped the camera you can see the corn pile getting smaller. Well today I repositioned the camera and with the cooler tempatures it should help out. Here in central florida untill this weekend it had been in the low 70's at night and mid 80's durring the day. I did read that the cameras work better when the tempatures are lower and it can pick out the deer heat signature better.

I have two of the $59 specials from Walmart and I am happy with them....I got lots of good pictures...The only thing I think is bad about them is you will miss deer cause I don't think the motion sensor is sensitive enough!!!! Until your deer get used to it they will run off after the first flash...Never point the camera E/W...The shadows can set the camera off and you will get a roll of film that is all black.....or just a bunch of pictures with nothing...Use 800 speed film....Guy I work with has several $300 cameras and my picture quality is just as good as his...

I ran into a bowhunter outside of Wal-Mart 2 weeks ago that I stopped to talk to at his truck about the Stealh Cam. he has several of these units and showed me his pics. BEAUTIFUL! Clear, sharp, super. He said he has had no problems with his at all. he said you have to use 24 exp film but his $58 Wal-Mart Stealh Cam units have performed great for him with no problems.

Not bad for a $58 ea investment - so I just purchased one.

I'll give a full report on mine as soon as I have tried it out.

i have 2 of these units also. here in western ny i can get them for 49.99. so id check about the pricing. i am extremely happy with them. i also want to add that i use the walmart brand film in 200 speed 12 exp. and it works fine for me. also dont have to wait as long to get a roll of pic's. and i also set mine at 1 pic for 1 minute and have good results.

I have seen this units at my local Wal-Mart Sporting Goods dept. for $49.99.

I have been using two of them for the last few years with no real complaints (other than having one of them stolen. ;)). Probably the biggest complaint I hear though is the difficulty in loading the film at times. You have to make sure the counter reads "0" after you load the film and turn the unit on.

I do have some occasional half shots of deer's bodies but they don't typically occur that often.
