Same reply here Mizzou2002,

Sounds like that is their standard nonresponse to guys like us. Good to hear their switchboard is lit up. If they don't get the message they're just another kmart in my eyes. Destine to go down the tubes.

I've already sent an email via the Daimler Chrysler website. I will also take advantage of the other addresses available here. I love my Dodge and was going to get another but maybe not now.

Here is an actual email address you can try. It was posted in the Hunting Politics section. I emailed it directly, but got no response. You probably wont either, but atleast we can fill his mail box up.

I would suggest alot of people puts some pressure on the local sportmans mags like field and stream, american rifleman, and others. They might not do a story about it, but a few of our letters might reach the readers write pages. At least to inform the computerless, tvless people of the world about the subject.

Hmmmm . . . I was torn on this one, as I had a Jeep Liberty fixed in my mind as a vehicle to get someday soon. I saw the commercial . . . my wife and I laughed.

But, now that I see that PETA wants its people to thank Jeep, I guess that an email, a call, and possibly a letter are in the works.

Somehow, I think that I may be buying a foreign make next time I get an SUV. Seeing that Ford has been doing stuff against farmers in the West in the name of 'conservation,' and they were contributing to 22 different Palestinian groups, some of who disappearred from view on September 12th, I wouldn't go with them either. GM? Maybe.

But, DC will not get a dollar from me ever again.

Sorry Fellas...I didnt take offense to it either. Thought it was kinda funny. I think alot of people read into it more than what it was meant for. My wife drives a Jeep and I have had the pleasure of growing up in a Dodge family. My dad worked for Dodge/Chrysler for over 30 years. He retired from there. If it were not for my dad and his employment, I wouldnt be here. I think after we and Peta and whoever else keeps giving this commercial attention, it will blow over and be forgotten, like everything else.
I for one will continue to purchase Dodge and Jeep.

I'm bringing this back to the top of the first page, because, as reported in the Hunting Politics forum, Jeep pulled the ad. However, they did not apologize to the sprtsmen who helped Jeep get its reputation for off-road toughness. Soooo, it's time that we cranked up the calls and emails again, to get that apology.

Jeeps are not for real outdoorsmen anymore! They're for the yuppy wannabe's that can't afford an Infinity Q-45 or a Range Rover(aka POS)or an Acura MDX etc.... At least thats the way it is in East Georgia.
If you can't Dodge it, Ram it!

What's the difference? They are both Chrysler products!

You better get off your butts, and write Chrysler, and let them know how you feel. We can't do anything about it (cept not buy them) but they can!!
