Have my deer disappeared??

RE: Have my deer disappeared??
If it is warm, they might only be moving after dark when the temps dip. I find here on the east coast, it should be below 50 for decent deer moving and preferably close to 40 or below. The morning is when the temps are lowest around here, and when movement won't be hampered by the warmth. Remember, when they get those winter coats on, it has to be pretty cold for them to be comfortable...

RE: Have my deer disappeared??
Thanks Doug,
It has been warmer than normal here but we had our first freeze last night. Supposed to be in the mid 50's today, down in the upper 30's tonight and lower 60's tomorrow. I'm hopin tomorrow morning they'll be out and on the move.
What I can't figure is not seeing any tracks. If they were out at night, there should be tracks. Other's seem to be getting deer although the numbers are much lower than normal according to the check-in stations.
Hope I haven't driven them them outa the area........
