Default Take Care of Business

In making my list again this year of stuff to pack, buy, food, etc, and checking my saved lists from prior years, I was once again reminded that sometime next week while im in the woods, I will have to have flowers delivered to SWMBO*.

Boys, its worth a lot of inflicted wounds later to spend 45 bucks on a nice bunch of flowers and a note.

Married 32 years plus...didnt get this old by being stupid.

Wooddust, very good point. I'll definitely add that to the list.

Joe D. - you better not let anyone in camp know you're sending flowers from White Oak Lodge. They'll tell you you're P-whipped (me included).

I buy flowers periodically just because. It is better to have some points built up ahead of time instead of trying to make up after you did something you weren't supposed to. I call it the flower bank, always have some there for a rainy day.

My wife wouldnt be home to get the flowers anyway...with me in the woods, she and my daughter will be marathon shopping at the mall spending me into oblivion.
