I am so very sorry to hear about your loss. Losing a pet is a tradgic event. My dogs are like members of my family. This past spring I lost 2 of my heelers and a lab due to poisoning from a neighbor. So I know the feeling and the pain. My heart goes out to you.

just put my golden down, she would have been 16 in dec. hard to let go but sometimes it's the only way, things don't seem normal around here right now, i had her put down sat 10/30/04..

it had to be done she'd gone from 65>40 lbs in less than 3 mo. vet said she suspected bone cancer, i know it had to be done but it sure dosen't make it any easier.

Sorry to hear about your loss. I have a good friend who for years was a diehard coon hunter until he lost his best dog a year or two ago. That was the first time i have ever seen him cry he really loved that ol blue tick. I dont think he will ever raise coon dogs again.

Sorry for your loss. Nothing worse than losing you hunting pal. I'll hold a beer up for you and you dog tomorrow at camp.
