I certainly do. I mean this guy can wait until the last minute to scout for a place to set up, oversleep Opening Day, have a late breakfast, finally get into the woods and drag a nice deer out within a few hours. He has done this a few times, and in an area where the success rate (for the entire season) is only about 10%. I always tell him that he does a lot of things wrong, but when that times comes, that will either make or break your hunt, he always does good. I guess if you can do this consistently, it ain't luck. Anybody else know people like that?

My uncle did that this last season. He woke up late, got ready slowly and wandered out to a stand. Just as I was coming in from the morning hunt, he was leaving. Then he was able to take 4 shots at a 'nice buck'. If it were anyone else, I wouldn't believe him, but this uncle I can believe.

My former best friend (deceased) was so lucky that we used to joke that he could fall down, have his rifle go off and kill a deer.

I'm the luckiest guy in the world because I have my dad. he's the best. he'll get up at 4:00 in the morning to take me hunting. Go shed hunting, or scouting. He's the reason I'm the luckiest boy on this earth.

Thank you dad.

MY DAD, he has had an almost perfect archery record for all the years he archery hunted. He probablly didn't take bucks two or three out of his twenty some years. My dad could shoot a deer while scuba diving in the pacific ocean, while parachuting, any situation and he could come home with a deer. He is so "lucky", actually, it IS 100% skill. I always joke with him about how great of a hunter he is. He told me stories of how he would go out, get up 30 feet in his climber, and sit from 2 hours before sunrise till sun down, when the temps with windchill were below zero. I never believed it until my grandfather told me that it was true.

my cousin. that boy is the luckiest person in the world (when it comes to getting better game...im a better shot ). We go out for rabbit, he'll get one before were even in the woods yet. for deer, i shoot a nice 6 pointer, he'll run over an 8 pointer. fishing, i'll get an 11 inch bass on the first day, and he'll come home with like 4 16 inch ones. he has the best luck...
