243 win ,270 win I used on deer,antelope 30-30 I have used on deer. just three of the guns mentioned .

.243-mule deer doe, whitetail buck.
Didn't care for it. No blood trail on eather animal or the doe my daughter shot with it. I think it will be a coyote gun from now on. It has the power to be a deer killer but I think there are so many better (that make a hole right through) to choose from.

Duffy if you reload go to barnes bullets and you will find a big difference .I shot a nice buck with one this year and it broke two ribs and the right shoulder for a complete pass through at 208 yds .Not bad for a 243 win in my opinion

Sako 270. I've shot many deer and one wild hog and have never had to track any of the deer. Good bullets and careful shot placement go a long way with whatever type gun you use.

30-30 and 12 gauge - deer
12 gauge - duck, squirrel, rabbit, crow.
Bow - 0 (so far)

7mm-08 - Some deer!

25-06 - 1(one) pronghorn and a "few" deer!

30/30 Blacktail Black bear
.243 Blacktails Mule Deer Elk Black bear
.270 Blacktails Mule Deer Elk California Bighorn.
Love that .243, With good bullets and proper placement I would use it on anything on this continent except those big Alaskan bears.

270 lots and lots of deer.Ive killed 4 deer this year and 1 hog.
