Sunset has her deer for lure, she doesn't sell. The best thing to do is to call your local wildlife organization for regulations.

Yeah, I suggested he call his local wildlife organization because here in NC it has been banned to have deer farms. I don't know the regulations for his state so I thought he might get the most up-to-date info from them.
