There are 4 circumferences left out of those measurements, I can't find the original sheet that they were written on, that was taken from a post I made when I first shot the deer.
I am not trying to start anything, I am just confused. While you do get a max of 8 circumference measurements, looking at the earlier pictures of your deer(got my mount back) there looks to be a max of 7 circ. measurements and if the two points on the right beam are from the same origin then that would be 6 max( four on left, 2 on right). I did see that I missed one on the left originally.[&o] I may be wrong, and if so, my apologies.[&o]

According to this http://www.boone-crockett.org/bgReco...Whitetail+Deer

"Circumferences are taken at the narrowest place as detailed in Figure C for each measurement. If the brow point is missing, take H-1 and H-2 at the smallest place between the burr and the G-2 point. If the G-4 point is missing, take H-4 halfway between the G-3 point and the tip of the main beam."

You have to take 4 circumference measurements on each beam.

The circumference measurements are:

LH1 4 6/8
LH2 4 2/8
LH3 5 5/8
LH4 3 5/8

RH1 4 6/8
RH2 4 2/8
RH3 4 4/8 (halfway point)
RH4 4 4/8

I apologize. I did not realize that you HAD to have 4 circ. measurements for each side. I thought for example, that a 6 point would only have 3 per side. I now understand. [8D]Thank you for your patience and great buck.

P.S. Now that I realize that, a couple of my bucks have just gained a few more inches!:D

Here are a few more pics from the Arkansas Big Buck Classic. By the way, we don't have any deer this big in Arkansas, we brought all of these in from Kansas, Illinois, Wisconsin, etc!
