i dont know if your just talking deer in general or entry/exit wounds but if your just talking deer in general heres one i shot this december with my remington 7400 30-06 with 165gr. winchester premium ballistic tips he diddent run but maby 20 yds and left an awesome blood trail its the first deer ive ever had to follow a trail on and the 30-06/balistic tip combo sure made the job easy

when i first got it i went to the firearms forum and theres a very lengthy thread on them and its very mixed some poeple like them and some hate them and say there junk personally ive had mine for a little under a year and have yet to have a problem ive shot it quiet a bit and tried alot of different loads through it but im very happy with the gun and incase you dont know dont shoot hornady SST light mags through it there not supposed to be shot from semi autos i bought a box and shot about 6 shots and they were all over the place and i diddent know why till i read the warning on the back of the box i kinda wish someone had told me or i had taken the time to read the box but ive had very good results with the winchester premium ballistic silver tips in 165gr. i dont have any pictures of entry or exit wounds but i shot him at about 50yds. and he ran maby 20yds it was a double lung shot broad side it made a pencil size entry hole and the exit hole was a little bigger then a quarter but it did a great job
