Well, just checked my camera after having it out for a couple weeks, Caught one munching on clover. I hope to meet up with him in a couple years.

geeeeeeeeeeeeeez............bunch of baby killers on this forum, that deer is only 1yr old. You cant shoot any great deer if u shoot the good ones first. Give that deer another 2yrs, and he will be a nice trophy.

Turkey fan just out of curiousity how do you tell that deers age considering the camera angle and that he is still quite in velevet, far from scraping it off yet?

Rack that is the reason I posed the question, in Va. at this time of year depending on what part of the state you are in and the genetics of the deer that buck could be anywhere from 2.5 - 4.5 years old.

Mommasboy correct me if I am wrong, but generally northern deer (Wisconsin) the body size of the deer are a lot larger in proportion to thier racks than most southern deer.
