stand sites
I dont know if I tend to have bad luck or I am not setting my stands up in the right areas. I set up stands where I have seen deer, trails, rubs, etc. I have had deer pass within most of my stand sites. On the averge I hunt probably 3 or 4 times a week and see deer probably half the time. I never seem to see bucks they are always does or young deer. I try to watch the wind and I use cover up scent pretty heavy. The area I hunt is known to have high numbers of deer. What am I doing wrong?

Are you hunting the same stand consecutively,if so the deer probably have you patterned. The big bucks probably come out at nite, and are back in there bedding area well before morning lite.
Try placing more stands up and try hunting it maybe once a week or a couple times at the most. That way it will give the area time to settle down

If you have a portable or climber, set up close to thick cover used as bedding areas by the big bucks. New growth from clear cutting is usually a good bet when you find a lot of trails going in, tracks, rubs etc. nearby.
Go as high as you feel comfortable in a climbing stand and the wind will disperse most of your scent high above the deer.
