That is just part of the magazine business. It is a convenient way to get subscription invitations, and must have good return or they wouldn't continue to do it. Not that big of a deal to me.
My other favorite magazines are the publications of the Quality Deer Management Association, check them out and join up.

I'm not a big fan of the post cards either. I just throw them away and get it over with. Seems to me that leaving them blank and mailing them back would be more trouble than just throwing them in the trash.

No big deal with me. I do get that mag and just received the Dury Dream hunts 6 video for my subscription and have watche about 15 min of it so far. Good looking video. I know a lot of those cards fall out in the store while scanning some mags and never find thier way back in the mag .

Yeah, it gets annoying. Just send them all back blank, costs the company money to pay the postage on it.

I can see it being normal practice on the mags that go on the bookshelves, but for the people who already have a subscription, what's the point?
