Sure Shot, I've had my 870 for about 15yrs and has served me well. Good reliable gun. Have since moved up to a Browning Gold Hunter 3.5" for waterfowl and Browning Ultra XS Skeet O/U for upland birds, and my Browning BAR .308 for deer. Will never get rid of my 870 tho. Good Luck! Enjoy
