Tried it once last deer season in December. First poured a 1 lb container of regular table salt over a trace mineral block then followed the instructions for the Block Topper. This was around noon, the following morning early there were about 10 woodies (as in wood ducks) swarming the block (about 10 yards from a pond). By the following week the entire 50 pound block was history. Lots of pig & deer sign.

I've put it down in 3 different locations. The first one was 4 years a go and their still digging in it.
