3200 no questions, 1-piece tube, better coatings( rainguard), 1/4" click adjustments and not to mention a rock solid reputation for being an excellent scope for the $$.
Buying a rifleman b/c it says leupold on the side does not make it an automatic choice, in fact if you were to compare just feature to feature you'd see for the same dollars the Elite would be the best choice. However if you were to compare them side by side it wouldn't be a contest on which was the clearer/brightest of the 2. About the only reason I could see one honestly choosing a Rifleman over an Elite is eye relief!

I haven't looked through the bushnell 3200, but i have a leupold riflemen 4X12 and i can see clear as a bell early and late in the day. i would put it up against my nikon buckmaster, or any other scope that i have looked through for that matter. i can't see paying several hundred dollars for for the supposed top of the line scopes that only really give you a minimal amount of extra clarity during bright light times.
