I bought a new Savage 110FP in 25-06 to use for this years deer season. I doing the load development now and I'm getting .75 in groups with two different weight bullets. The rifle shoots more accurately than I can shoot.

I'd like to get 5 new disc in my lower back so I can continue to use the equipment I have. 7 years ago my knee got so bad that it was interfering with my hunting so I had it replaced. Now my back is about shot but I can't find anybody that will replace of fix five disc at one time. I'll keep dragging myself in and out of the woods until there's a fix.

As far as equipment, this deer season I'll be using the same .243 I have always used. My grandma passed it to me a long time ago and I can't imagine ever switching!

I picked up a new 7600 in 35 Whelen and a used Mark X FN in 30-06. Both will definitely be seeing action througout the entire season. Not that any of the others won't do as well just have to use the new ones first.

I going to be using my new Winchester 1300 deer gun with a new scope this year for sure. Just can wait. Last year was the first year I went hunting deer with a shotgun. Got hooked and after that , I had to get a shotgun with a rifled barrel for more distance.
I’m also still waiting for my new 350 Rem. Mag. barrel for my T/C Encore. Hopefully I’ll get it before deer season opens.

My back is not to bad but my shooting shoulder is shot and I have very little use of it. This is the main reason I bought the Reming pump. I can work the action with my good arm. I have many good rifles but I always like to have one new rifle for the upcomming season. It gives me something to do like working up new loads and stuff.
