Coolest deer stand
 

I just wanted to see some good home made deer stands. This is one the we have on our club that was inspired by a redneck deer stand T'shirt. I don't know how to make the pic bigger so any help will be appreciated. There was two deer killed from this stand this season but I'm not sure if it would be considered hunting from a vehicle or not.

now that is a unique one. A little lack of backdrop. I think the confusion of the deer wondering what the heck that thing is will work to your advantage.

That's what I'm setting up farmcntry and Charlie P. in when they come up this spring for turkey. They just have to decide who's driving and who's riding shotgun.

At least the back window is out so we can run the tap from the keg to us easily.

We also need an electronic turkey call when we get there! Not enough time to drink and call.:D

I wish they had used an extended or club cab for that, so much roomier and as already stated the bed needs to be left in place for keg storage, that and for a place to sleep after emptying a few of those kegs!

theres a cut out in the floor to bring up a hose or to drop a can so the bed was not needed.

:) From a mostly ground hunter's perspective I'd have to say that those 2 stands are a bit beyond my reach and imagination. I guess you would have to give kudos to both for good ol' American ingenuity.

shotgun stalkers got a jeff foxworthy video called the incomplete deer hunter and in that video hes got a stand almost identical to that... its that greatest!!:)

That is pretty neat, we have an old school bus that has been in a field for ever and we pulled the top off of it and it works great as a stand.

i made it out of a power pole(20 feet) some scrap wood and a pond bank i would watch the deer each night the same ones like the one with no tail, worked good but can not be moved

Hey there are two truck cab blinds on our lease, but they are just ground blinds. I am quite impressed with the legs, someone is truly proud of their redneck heritage.
