Isn't it illegal to shoot from a vehicle????????

That stand that Hawgnman posted looks pretty familiar. Does anyone really know where it is located?

My guess is a fella named Parks has it on one of his properties off Rt. 13, east of Marion, IL. Parks is quite the intresting fella alright, and he is a heavy equipment dealer (bulldozers, tractors, cranes, etc.) so he'd have the right tools for the job. His idea of "making a shooting lane" is to crank up a dozer and go at it.
