Default I Love Alabama.

At dark last night, doe enters field at 25 steps from my tree, season for does ends on sunday, and i wanted her for freezer, I shot she runs, I sit, 2 minutes later He walks in her footsteps, shot him within 2 steps of her. Both ran around 30 yards. I love the rut! He was so into her, he walked to the same spot I shot her within 2 minutes of me shooting. AMAZING!
A 80lbs doe, and a true six with a little knot for a seven.

VERY nice

you have accomplished my dream (2 in one hunt)

It was so hot yesterday & today, it nearly choked me down. Had to break the bug suit out 'cause the mosquitoes were trying to carry me off.

where you hunting at? North or South AL? I hunt mainly on Wheeler Wildlife Refuge in N. AL (bow only)

Congrats on your deer!!! I did the same thing last season the morning after Thanksgiving. A doe and a button head. Killed them less than 10 seconds apart. The doe turned and dropped, the button head dropped. Could have killed 2 more, but had my limit for the day.
