i have an excellent way to raise funds to fight the war on terrorism while saving tax payers millions of dollars for capitol punishment's to be carried out.

saddam should be let loose in the mountains of pennsylvania. "saddam" tags could be purchased at your local courthouse for $250.00 per tag. adjust the price higher or lower depending on the "importance" of that individual. like for a terrorst who is caught at a terrorist camp, the tag for him would be like $50.00. now bin laden would be worth more than saddam at this point in time. i know i would probably pay atleast a thousand or so to get a crack at him. just a thought.

Put him in a state prison here (in general population). He can share a cell with Michael Jackson. Put guards on that wing that are like Sgt. Schultz from Hogan's Heroes. (I see nuzzing).

if you put him in the state prison it would defeat the purpose of my post.....but that would be a good way to punish him too.

Heck, I'd pay money to hunt him somewhere. I'd love to put the crosshairs on him while I see him cowarding around in some little corner just like the little rat that he is.

i would like to hang him high .then burn his feet, nock his teeth down his throat,then gut him. and take him to the taxydermist.
