Bigscrape that must make the girl at the Micky D's drive through go "OOOOOO", you guys only like to get one truck bloody or something...LOL:D.

Not to take anything away from my east cousins but if you want racks you best be heading to western Canada: Manitoba, Saskatchewan or Alberta have lots of deer and quality. In these provinces a lot of bucks receive less pressure and reach maturity(peak antler growth) so harvesting a 140-160 is real good possibility with a quality outfitter(many harvest bucks over 160 as well). I am not sure what the prices run in ontario but I assume they may cost more in the west due to the quality and interest level being high. If your looking for next year it be suggested you check out these province outfitter websites and do so calling asap(most camps fill up well in advandce). www.soa.ca - sask. In sask a week(6 days - no sunday hunting) hunt will run you anywhere from 3000-5000 US, this usually includes tag, lodging, guide, meals (here 99% of the outfitters hunt over bait - which is legal) In Sask our whitetail deer herd numbers are estimated at 750K Plus, almost as many deer as people;)

This is Adrian J Hare on another putter ,,,,,,Skeeter is right , as is Iggy , I believe in Ontario a NonRes has to be with an Outfitter to get a licence, unless He/she owns a large (acres) of property here. If I was to pick a place to hunt I would be going with Skeeter ...BT

Not my pic's,,, just a website I ran across... But yeah Id like to strap 1 or 2 of them down.

Guide is not required for non-residents hunting in most of Ontario. May not hunt in the southern portion,, and I believe 1 or 2 units by rainy river require a guide. The rest of the province is open to non-residents without a guide. I had 2 buddies from Michigan that came with us to Manitoulin for a couple years,, both were checked at our camp by the mnr,,, no problems!
