You need to be careful in that license plates don' t show in your pics. I dated a female cop and she says it is possible to track addresses with license plates. There are those on the wrong side of the law that would like to know that a hunter lives in a certain house.

Good point, buckmine. But when you think about it, anybody driving behind you on the road could copy your plate number and look up your address. Posting a pic on the Internet really isn' t much more dangerous than going out in public. Anybody who reads my bumper stickers knows I have guns. And anybody who snoops around my house will see the bullets I put in each window.

Well, since we are on a hunting forum, I would assume everyone here either has a gun or bow or some sort of weapon. Now, if a person breaks into your house and threatens you, well self defense isn' t usually a crime. If someone really wants to come after one of us, I say let em. If nothing else we can send cardeer' s dad out for em.

I have to agree with Aught Six, earlyier this summer we(wife and i) had some trouble with poeple showing up and she met one at door with loaded 308- so really its a chance no matter what we do..I welcome intruders--then they can meet my additions to my family mr rem 308 and mr brwn 7mm mag--.

The thought of some one in my house would be horrible.....for them. [>:]

I know that it is legal to shoot them but could I mount them as well. Imagine the story, " Got that one coming up the hall at a dead run"

In TX, if they come into your domicle, I do believe the burden of proof rests in the fact that you feel threatened... so pretty much, come in my casa.... leave in a bag..
