What is the proper way to skin, gut and cut the meat up . How long do you hang the deer up before cutting, and what is the best way to cut it up to be butchered????????????????????????????????????????? ?????????

i did look at old posts and none said the length of time you can leave a deer hang and so on there were 3 posts on alaskan feild dressing .New to hunting and do not want meat to go to waste. I need details,please
