IL Firearm Buck 2019
#1

With approximately 15 minutes of legal shooting time left on the final day of the first firearm season, I turned to see this buck standing about 60 yards away in a field. I grabbed the muzzleloader and shot. Watched him crash. I knew he had some decent antlers, but had no idea his size until I got to him. It is my largest racked whitetail to date.

That’s a beautiful buck! Congrats. I took my largest whitetail in IL a number of years ago. They sure can grow some fine animals!
