Nice bucks RR. Any interesting story with them?

What do you credit the population decline to? Over harvest or disease or what?

Looks like a good season. We "burned" many doe tags here in PA from 2002-2008 or so. Thankfully our population is high again

just deer hunting Jake, the top buck was shot at 300 yards with my 6.5, deader than raid before the echo was gone, saw him back in mid October, let a smaller 7 pt go Monday morning, this one came by at 7:20 AM on Tuesday. the second buck was shot at 50 yards with my ole trusty 6mm following a doe.
as far as population, guessing die off from blue tongue but have walked the creek beds and have found no bones, but we had more deer in the summer.

Interesting that it's dropped off just since summer.

well here EHD hits at spring greenup, Blue tongue hits just as the velvet starts to dry, I can't figure it out.
