This is a bit dated but hopefully your interest is still holding...
PA has gobs of state land, not sure of the different use regulations. Just north of you here in NY you have the Alleghany state forest, Catskills or Adirondacks. The ADKS offer real wilderness experience and lots of opportunity for hunting/fishing/camping combined experiences. Contact the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation for potential areas.

Oh thanks for answer, necause my interest is definitely still holding 
We decided to go at the Alleghany state forest or Catskills. These two places we liked the most, and we are choosing between them. Our kids are really looking forward to this camping trip. We want not only comfortable rest, but also some wilderness experience. My sons want to try fishing and long hikings. We rented a RV for transportation, because we didn't want to buy tents and sleeping bags. Of cause we bought different equipment like camping boots and clothes, flashlights and lanterns, camping dishes and small furniture, a lot of food and drinks. Most of these stuffs we ordered from amazon.
So, wish us good luck!
