Question How many states/provinces have you taken deer in?

I have been fortunate to hunt in a number of different places for deer. I have taken whitetails in VT, NY, OH, IL, Quebec, and Ontario. If you include Mule Deer I can add WY and CO.

I have also Deer hunted in ME, NH, MA, and UT but haven't punched a tag yet in those states.

I hope to add IA, KS, and TX to my resume at some point in the near future.

How about you?

Well Moose, Elk & Caribou are deer also, so if you are counting them, it's Quebec, Alberta, Vermont, New Hampshire, Wyoming & Wisconsin for me.

It seems I read an article a while back of a hunter who had harvested a deer of some type in all fifty(or maybe only 49?) states. Really would be a cool lifetime hunting goal to have. I'm only at two... Ohio and PA. Have tried adding WV to that list but hasn't panned out yet.

Texas and Arkansas here.
I would love to hunt some of the northern, mid-west corn field giants. I hear the meat is marbled.

Using this description, I have taken deer and their cousins in BC, Oregon, Idaho and CA. I've also hunted deer in Utah but didn't get one. Hunting in all 50 states would be a neat bucket list item. Even just completing a western states deer slam would be super cool.

one . IDAHO. AND SINCE I WILL NEVER LEAVE THIS STATE ,I believe it is safe to say it will remain that way. I am sure other states are great but if you are happy where you are there is no need to go elsewhere.
