IMHO I hope not. It is my opinion that there is too many forums as it is. Lots of information can overlap to too many forums.

In Bow hunting there is a technical forum, maybe there should be a gear forum. This could include everything except Bows & Guns. Just a thought.

As drache said there is a discussion about adding a gear forum and leaving the bowhunting gear in the bowhunting and technical forums. I think if a gear forum is created then any homemade gear would fall into a gear forum.
