Default Help!!!!

I am bringing my 2 sons to Missouri, around Mark Twain. I need some advice on what areas to hunt in that area that will not disappoint my kids. Need to see some deer. Not looking for wall hangers, just something to get their hearts pounding. Any advice is appreciated!

If it's during Rifle/Gun Season on Public Land it will probably be pretty crowded, best thing to do is set up early and walk in pretty far where most won't go as far...be safe and use a good GPS or Compass.Mark Twain National Forest is Big and scattered pretty far across Missouri...You know what County You will be in?

We will be in Alton. Thinking about Rocky Creek CA as well.

If your going to be in Alton, look up HWY 19 towards the Irish wilderness, lots of places to hunt. Several different roads to get into it and lots of big woods. I live 18 miles from there and we see deer on a daily basis.
