Got into the woods Saturday to put in some food plots on property we use almost exclusively for archery. Well we had a bit of equipment failure (destruction) but we got some seed down and hoped for the best. We had some good rain prior to Saturday and nice little bits of rain here and there after. The Throw-N-Grow is popping already! There's alot of turnip seed added in too but that will take a bit to establish. Should have a flail mower going over there soon and then we will get some more plots in.

How well do the deer like the Throw-and-Grow?

They really like it. It comes in quick. In a month it will cover the ground. Once they get to eating it we can just broadcast more to keep it coming.
