Most of the deer I' ve shot have been between 6 and 30 feet away
why dont you just punch it in the forehead and knock it out?

Winchester 88, .308 180gr psp core loct, 1 6 point already in the freezer.
Browning Fusion, 100gr mechanical broadheads. Season' s open till Dec 31.
.45 cal Kentucky rifle with a patched ball in about a week and a half.

Rem 700 VLS 308 shooting 165 gr Serria BTHP or BTSP. Doesnt really matter cuz the POI is the same Just different powder behind them. Which brings me to a question for Troy What is wrong with the stock on these? Strait outta the box it was shooting sub MOA and after i got the trigger lightened down to 2 lbs only made it better I am just courious.

Savage 10FP in .308 with Barnes TSX 150 gr. bullets. First year with this rifle and load, can' t wait! Firearms season starts tomorrow.
