Never hunted down there, but iv'e logged around LaCrosse and saw some nice bucks, theres plenty of AG land & no wolf packs roaming down there, which is a big plus.

I own land in Jackson and Clark county, Near little town of Hatfield--yes we do have Wolfe trouble gotta chase down any wounded game to beat the critters to it have lost a couple over the years to wolves

I own land in Jackson, Bayfield. And hunt hard in those counties plus Clark County. Hatfield & Millston are my haunts. I get everything i've shot

The Mug, and Trails End are a great place's to quench your thirst Hatfieldhunter.

gjersy been to the mug and trails end have the steak sandwich at the mug you will not be sorry go north from hatfield to hwy 95 turn west go a couple of miles go 1/4 mile past s curves see 2 trailers on north side of 95 ya got me H H
