Default AccuWeather Hunting Forecast

I'm just curious if any of you use the AccuWeather hunting forecast, and if you've found them to be accurate? For instance, for my zip code, today and tomorrow are rated "good", Thursday and Friday "poor", and Saturday "very good." This seems to follow the weather patterns my local meteorologist is forecasting for the rest of the week. But I haven't really thought to try to correlate AccuWeather forecasts with actual weather patterns until now. What do you think?

I think Accuweather is pretty good. Not perfect, but no forecast is. It is my first choice, and we have some very unpredictable weather near the big lake. Mostly the wind is what I am concerned about, and most of the time, the 3day forecast is fairly accurate, not always though. Ultimately what matters is the wind where you hunt, and hills and surrounding trees can affect that - no forecast can account for that. As far as their "hunting forecast" goes, I would not bother with it - if the wind is right, that is a good forecast and I hunt, if the wind is wrong, it is a BAD forecast and I don't. End of story. It is true that certain weather is better than other weather, but who has the luxury of waiting for such weather. I don't. Not for hunting. For fishing it is a different matter - high pressure after a front means terrible fishing. Fish can hold off on eating for quite a while - does not seem to be as much the case with deer.

Good point, MZS. I've been trying to figure out how they come to their conclusion -- especially since several days jumped around from "excellent" to "poor" and back to "very good", despite a pretty solid and steady forecast from our local weatherman.
