Default Unfortunately, someone looking to retirement

One, can't find a processor.
Not looking to process deer themselves.
Only needs a couple of reasons for retirement.

I'm in the grind it yourself camp. I just don't trust any processor with my meat.

I built my own electric grinder, got a #32 grinder with a flywheel on Amazon for like $40, a 1/2 hp electric motor on craigslist for $20, bolted them to a board and I was in business for $60-$70 and I have a massive grinder that, even if the motor goes out, will never fail. If the motor does go I just buy another one off of craigslist

All the wild game processors here grind the meat in bulk.

I've never used a processor. I don't want someone else's crap.

Talking

What he was saying one should keep spending the cost of your own grinder at a processer.

Way I see it is butcher and grind your own meat then only you are at fault if some thing isn't right.
