my personal best is skinned and quartered in 12 minutes. I gut them in the woods when I shoot them, most of the time its around the 20 minute mark to skin and quarter.

I don't drink anymore but I'm pretty much in Rock's time frame for skinned and quartered. This isn't meant in an inflammatory, derogatory, or racist kind of way at all, but I have yet to meet a Hispanic male that wasn't dang near artful in knife work. Them fellas are born with a knife in their hands!
