Another thing you need to look at that I haven't seen mentioned yet is access. Maybe it has been posted but it is one of the most important parts for choosing a stand sight IMO. I spent four years until I have finally figured out a way to get a stand into where I need to be without bumping deer. You need to figure out how the deer move, where they feed at night, early mornings so when you are walking into your stand you aren't blowing every deer out of the timber or fields. With that being said where is your access point onto the property? Without that it would be hard for me to help put my insight on a location
