10 Pointer - Score?

Doesn't matter. As long as he is still walking around and not on the game pole any score is irrelevant. But then, I'm not a fan of worrying about how much bone is on a deer's head. It is the meat I'm after. But to each his own.

I agree 100% with that statement and that's why I hate to even give a score on pictures people put up. That buck is nice, but no way he's close to 150" class regardless of his tine length!

Tine length is a big deal with a 10 pointer. Since you get 8 measurements. If you eyeball it, you may think it looks compact at first. But, if you look at tine length and add it up, there's more than meets the eye. Even with 3 inch brows, 10 inch G2s, 9 inch G3s and 4 inch G4s, there's 26 X 2 = 54. Add conservative beam length of 23 and there's 49x2 or 98, without mass or spread.

I was just surprised at how low some are going. Guesses from 130-150. I thought it was around 150ish and was wondering how close I was surprised to see some go as low as 130.
