So where did you place your stands? Just saw this but I would check the hillside on the west side. If there is a ridge or plateau that runs along there, the deer will use it.

You may be over looking one stand that is looking at you square in the face the watering hole. I would put one stand up there. deer need 3 things food, water, and a place to bed or hide.
