Why Hunting Still Matter
Did any of y'all see this? I thought this was pretty insightful. Glad to know chasing deer is keeping me smart!
Prior to the industrial revolution, humans spent more time outdoors compared to the average person today. This may have thus conditioned our bodies to operate best in natural environments, rather than in indoor, man-made settings. If a correlation does exist between spending time in nature and intellectual success, students and professionals alike could benefit from hunting or fishing, as few other pastimes offer such large doses of time outdoors.
