Last season I saw a couple bucks with 5 points on one side and 2 spikes on the other. They need taken out of the gene pool. If I see one this year I will try.

The buck in the first pic likely has had some sort of injury to his left side. Many times, a buck' s rack will not grow to full potential on the opposite side of an injured leg or waht have you.

Nice photos. Good luck dropping one of them.

Thanks for the pictures Strut. When does your bow season start and when does the rut kick in? Also, what kind of cam do you use. I recently bought a Stealth Cam from WalMart and have been very pleased with it. Those are some nice 8 points.

Johnny our season started Oct 1, I have a hawkeye camera made by Game Country, It does OK most of the time, but it still messes with me every once in awhile.

The rut usually kicks in from mid to late Oct. Usually about the 3rd week of Oct is the best bowhunting.

Its one called the Hawk-Eye, made by Game Country. Most of the time it works pretty good but every once in awhile it will act up a little, seems like sometimes it will just quit for some reason, I can go back and re-program it them its alright.

Thanks for the info. Strut. I recently purchased a Stealth Cam 35mm unit from WalMart and it has done me nothing but good. No complaints so far and it only cost me 65 bucks. I' ll probably invest into a digital camera in a year or so since they pretty much pay for themselves. If you get anymore pictures, post away.
