I have always said they need to make everything North of I-80 its own state and leave the rest of the state alone. Back eons ago, I used to shoot for Olin on their trap team in Alton when Carmichael was there. I also just got my last rifle from by where you live, Rock River Arms. I went to school in So. Il and there was ATLEAST that many guns on grounds during hunting season!!!

Must be a mid-west thing, I grew up in northern Wisconsin, and there were proposals from time to time to separate from Milwaukee/Madison.

It's that way in a lot of areas. I have relatives out in the Sacramento, CA area and a lot of the folks out there and north would like to split CA and leave everything from San Fran south to the fruits and nut that are making the rest of the state the laughing stock of the nation!

Well back to the subject.

Over the years I have found Brenneke to be a very consistent round.

The KOs will kill deer just as well as any other slug provided you can place it where it needs to go and know how far you can accurately and reliably shoot them.

They're Brenneke for crying out loud.

I agree, I got off the OP subject as well. Brenneke were the ground breaking slug way back in the days of getting away from the traditional punkin ball design and introduced the wasp stlye design slug with a plastic base insert and sabot I found back in the 70's.
They were the first to introduce the attached wad to the slug as well. And look at them now days!!!!! They have more styles and designs of slugs than any other out there. Great slugs!!!!
