Not seeing adequate amount of doe

1st year on lease. Began feeding in Feb. 2013. We have noticed that we are not seeing any doe. Before season we did see them on camera but none know. We have taken a few mature bucks and are seeing a handful of smaller bucks. Anybody have any ideas.

Would help if we knew what state you're in, what feed and cover is available on your place and the adjoining land, etc. If you're up north with the weather we're having this year, you're not going to see much movement, as deer move as little as possible to conserve their energy during the winter.
