Update: I stacked up some hay bales at 2 different spots on the property at the beginning of the month and have been baiting them every other week but so far the deer are steering clear... So next time I go back I'm just going to leave the food out in the open and hopefully some of the bucks shed their antlers nearby.

I have a 55 gal plastic barrel I cut a oval out of 1 side and made a platform to stand it on it holds 50 lbs of corn and I find a couple of sheds by it every year
