Default deer disease

I recently shot a whitetail deer. while gutting the deer I found a little red dots. they were small red and hard like small red kidney beans. has anyone ever seen anything like this before?

Where in the guys were they? Stomach? Intestines? Heart? diaphragm? Liver? Bladder? etc...

Did you take a pic of them? If so did you try a search of google images for parasites or lesions in whitetails?

I have seen/heard of these before. cant remember what exactly they were but do remember they were not a big deal.
