Heaviest Deer You've Seen
#22

My paternal grandfather and half-uncle (two different guys, I'm not from Arkansas) shot a 300-pound mulie together in California in the '60's.
I saw a 175-pounder at a check station here once in the mid-90's.
The biggest I've ever had my actual hands on (or were in on the getting of) weighed 151 pounds, field-dressed, last year. My son shot him.
It took 26 rounds (long story).

I shot a does gutted her out back when you had to check them in at a checking station weighed 210 without guts also shot a 130lb doe same time when they were hanging next to each other the 130 looked like a fawn. That was by far the biggest deer I've seen. It was taken next to a military base so she may have been nuclear lol
