Every year couple months before season sometimes even more I get deer fever bad, start buying ammo and new clothes and buy tags way ahead of time, set up stands and trail cameras...and every year it doesnt change a lick. Hands down this is my favorite time of the year! Bought a new four wheeler yesterday for this year (not that ill probably need it or use it) and am hunting a new spot ive always wanted to hunt and girlfriend is going to spend time with family so i can hunt all weekend!

Nah, bowhunt in shorts and flipflops. We call it doe killin time.

I will take the heat, sometimes 90* during bow season here, and have the ability to know the deer are comming out this trail @ this time every day.
